From the kitchen to the inbox

How it works

  1. 01 /

    Choose your occasion

Pick a campaign and tone. Use the template as it is, or give the AI writer a few true details to work with.

  2. 02 /

    Make it your own

Replace the fictional details, edit the words, and choose a look. Check the mobile preview and the pre-send checklist.

  3. 03 /

    Take it to your platform

Copy the HTML, subject, and preheader into your email platform. Send yourself a test, then send to your subscribed guests.

Paste it into your email platform

Choose your platform in the generator to include its guest-name and unsubscribe tags. Confirm those tags in your platform’s preview before sending.

  • Mailchimp

Campaigns > Create > name it > Create email > Use HTML to code my own > Paste in Code (legacy builder; needs a Standard plan or higher, so it is not available on Free). Mailchimp requires *|UNSUB|* in every email, and the first-name fallback (an IF/ELSE tag) only shows in Preview Mode or a real send, not in test emails.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Klaviyo

Save the HTML as a .html file and import it at Content > Templates > Email: saved > Create > Import email template, or paste it into an HTML block in the drag-and-drop editor. Klaviyo's docs state no plan restriction; if no unsubscribe tag is found in a marketing email, Klaviyo adds its own unsubscribe link at the bottom.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Brevo (Sendinblue)

Create a campaign or template, click Start designing, then Start from scratch > HTML custom code, paste the code and click Save & quit (Brevo's docs state no plan restriction). Brevo documents no merge tag for your postal address, so type it in by hand; if the unsubscribe link is missing Brevo adds its own footer.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Constant Contact

Channels > Emails > Create an email > Paste your own code (Custom Code editor); only a limited list of HTML tags is accepted and the email must be under 400 KB. Constant Contact adds its own footer with your physical address and an Unsubscribe link to every email and documents no unsubscribe or single-line address tag for custom code, so delete the unsubscribe and address lines this tool generated.

    Official instructions ↗
  • MailerLite

Campaigns > Create > Start from scratch > Custom HTML editor > Code from scratch, then paste the code (the HTML editor is included on the Free plan since MailerLite's 16 June 2026 update). A visible unsubscribe link is mandatory; MailerLite documents no postal-address merge tag (it embeds company details from Account settings in footers, not confirmed for custom HTML), so check the preview.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Kit (ConvertKit)

In the email editor use the content block menu > HTML Block > Edit, paste the code and Save (the new editor cannot edit a whole email's HTML), or build a full layout under Email Templates > New Email Template > Create HTML Template. Kit's own templates already include the unsubscribe link and {{ address }} footer, so skip duplicates there; the docs state no plan restriction.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Square Marketing (email)

Square does not document any way to paste custom HTML: its email editor is a template and block editor (Design step), and a Square Community reply says code cannot be embedded, so copy the plain-text version into text blocks instead. No first-name merge tag is documented either (Square staff call it a feature request), and Square adds your location's address and an opt-out link in the footer itself.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Toast Marketing (email)

Toast's campaign builder is block-based (Title, Paragraph, Image, Button, Divider, Spacer, Logo, Section) and its docs list no HTML option or merge tags, so copy the plain-text version into those blocks instead. Toast adds the footer and an unsubscribe link itself, and uploaded subscriber lists store only the email address, so first names are not available.

    Official instructions ↗
  • Other / plain HTML

No merge tags are inserted for this option. Before sending, replace the #unsubscribe link with your email platform's own unsubscribe link and add your postal address in the footer.

A few useful answers

Is this restaurant email generator free?

Yes. Create, customize, copy, and download your restaurant email without an account. Start with template copy or use the optional AI writer.

Do I have to use AI?

No. Every campaign includes three tones and subject choices that work entirely in your browser. The AI writer runs only when you click “Write it with AI.” Your details are sent to DeepSeek for that request.

How do I send the email?

Copy or download the HTML, paste it into your email platform’s custom HTML editor, and enter the subject and preheader separately. You can also copy plain text or SMS. This tool does not send messages.

Will my email look the same in every inbox?

The HTML uses tables, inline styles, and email-safe fonts. Email apps can still render it differently. Preview both sizes here, then send a test through your own platform before sending to guests.

Can I edit my draft and come back later?

Yes. Edit the subject, headline, paragraphs, design, and restaurant details. Your draft is saved in this browser when browser storage is available. Clearing your browser data removes it; download a copy to keep a separate file.
